| 1. Eligibility for Membership |
- Ordinary Membership is open to all persons who are on the Register of Graduates or who have successfully completed any postgraduate degree from the Nanyang Technological University, National Institute of Education and its predecessor institutions
- Associate / Term Membership is open to graduates of other local and foreign recognized universities.
- Admission to NTU Alumni Club is at the sole discretion of the Management Committee.

2. Entrance Fee and Monthly Subscription Fee

- The NTU Alumni Club membership is a life membership.
- Applicants may choose to pay the entrance fee in full or via the 12-month interest-free installment plan via the NTU Alumni Club – OCBC Platinum MasterCard*.

Monthly Subscription
- The monthly subscription is $40 for principal members.
- The monthly subscription is $10 for spouse members. No Entrance Fee.
- The monthly subscription fee billing commences in the month in which the applicant is elected as a member.

Terms & conditions:
- The membership entrance fee and monthly subscription fee are subjected to GST.
- The NTU Alumni Club membership is non-transferable and the entrance fee is non-refundable.
- Kindly make all cheque payments to NTU Alumni Club
- For members who are on instalment plan, the balance of the entrance fee and any outstanding dues, if any, becomes payable immediately in the event of resignation or expulsion from the NTU Alumni Club.
- We will notify all members upon approval of their application and the subsequent follow-up on the submission of the necessary documents through an enrolment checklist.

3. Documents to Accompany Application Form
- To expedite processing, kindly complete and sign the Membership Application Form and attach the following items:

a) a copy of the university degree;
b) a copy of both sides of NRIC or passport;
c) 2 recent passport-sized photos of applicant;
d) cheque for full payment / initial payment, payable to NTU Alumni Club

- If applying for spouse membership, kindly include the following items:

a) 2 recent passport-sized photos of spouse;
b) a copy of both sides of NRIC or passport;
c) a copy of the marriage certificate |
